Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a fee 50% (for cancellations) of what your scheduled service would have been. If you keep rescheduling you will be required to pay 50% of the schedule service upfront. • Fills must be within 2-3 weeks of the original service, or they will be considered a new full set. • Please arrive on time to your appointment, guests arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or be cancelled. • No call, No show or "forgotten" appointments will be required to pay 50% of your missed appointment as well as a deposit of 50% of your next scheduled service. Deposit will be applied to your total after service completion. Upon no show you will forfeit your deposit. • 3 strike rule; after three time of above mishaps, you will no longer be allowed to book any service with me. • AFTER HOURS AND SUNDAYS; if your service runs past 7:30pm or you book at any time on Sundays, there is an after hours fee of $25. • Polish'd studio is a space built on respect, safety and professionalism. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if behavior or conditions compromise those standards
