•Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you continue to reschedule, you will be required to pay a $30 deposit for all future appointments. •Fills must be completed within 2–4 weeks of the original service; otherwise, they will be considered a new full set. •Please arrive on time for your appointment. •Guests arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, or their appointment may be cancelled. •Please do not eat during your appointment, as this interferes with sanitation procedures and may compromise retention. •A no-call/no-show appointment will require payment of 100% of the missed appointment. •AFTER-HOURS SERVICES OR THURSDAYS: For clients who need later availability, or if you book at any time on Thursdays, there will be an after-hours fee of $25 extra. •Polish'd Studio is a space built on respect, safety, and professionalism. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if behavior or conditions compromise those standards. To support a respectful environment, everyone must refrain from speaking negatively about other independent service providers in the building. Maintaining professionalism protects the integrity and comfort of the space for everyone.
